A small remote team, mostly Greece and Italy
There are five of us today - you can meet everyone on the team page. We work remotely, keep meetings to a minimum and judge work by what reaches the traveller: a clearer guide, a faster answer, a supplier whose conditions actually match the listing. Peak season runs from May to September, and that is when we need extra hands.
You answer travellers by e-mail before and after they book: what a deposit means, whether a debit card is enough at a specific counter, how to move a booking when a flight changes. Most questions repeat, and the good answers are short.
Works with Dimitris Katsaros, guest support.
You read supplier conditions and compare them with what travellers report: deposit amounts, fuel policies, mileage limits, what an offer really includes. When the two stop matching, you document it and we take it up with our booking partner.
Works with Eleni Pappa, supplier and quality lead.
You write and update island guides: roads worth a bigger car, where parking is impossible in August, which ferry takes vehicles, where fuel stations are scarce. We publish the date each page was last checked, so accuracy matters more than volume.
Works with Maria Stamou, content and guides.
Send a short CV and two or three sentences about yourself to [email protected]. No cover-letter rituals - tell us who you are, what you have done and when you could start. We answer every application within a week. No agencies, please.
